Life is complicated as my entrepreneur and executive friends in Atlanta can attest. It fundamentally cannot be boiled down to a set of laws, principles, or formulas. I have discovered that processing my own story as a tech GTM executive from Microsoft and hearing other's stories yields far more wisdom than simplistic guidance.

After my startup founder and CEO experience, I went to Microsoft to learn how to take products to market with partners as that seemed to be the key to the B2B software world to which I was called. After 12 years of learnings and launching 100s of products through Microsoft's largest partners, I became a WW GTM leader, working with the best leaders in Technology.
What I learned matters to me is people and results. Balancing those two in fast growing private companies, or the ever-changing world of big tech is often difficult. In seeking both, I've found I had to know myself through others, know how to adapt and engage a wide variety of people. Getting coaching in challenges becomes key to every great team I've seen.
